Omnea is a rapidly growing Series A B2B business in Europe, backed by tier-1 VCs like Accel, First Round, & Point Nine. Our platform handles the entire purchasing process for businesses, making us a vital tool for capital efficiency. We're looking for our first Customer Success Account Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will own the relationship with our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle, managing our largest and most strategic customers. Your key focus will be to ensure customers get meaningful value from Omnea from the earliest stages & beyond. You will drive renewals, expansion and upsell opportunities and become a trusted advisor & partner to our customers & stakeholders at all levels.
We're looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience in a B2B SaaS commercial role. You should be entrepreneurial, ambitious, hard-working, and comfortable handling technical product demos as well as communicating to Execs about the success of a project. You should have strong commercial intuition and the ability to build a deep understanding of customers’ underlying business drivers.
