Role Overview:

The Programme Manager will be responsible for delivering the best possible experience for founders, delivery partners, investors, coaches, mentors and other programme stakeholders. This will include shaping and leading the delivery of our 16 week programme, managing all aspects of the end-to-end experience, from founder and delivery partner onboarding to programme execution, comms and events, including Demo Day. The role will involve building strong relationships with stakeholders, including founders and existing/new delivery partners. The Programme Manager will also be responsible for managing 1-2 Programme Coordinator(s) and any programme volunteers/interns.

The Programme Manager will have a pivotal role in creating and operating Europe's foremost impact accelerator, and will have the opportunity to work closely with the next generation of impact leaders and consumer brands.


Key Responsibilities:

Programme design and planning:

  • Design and plan the programme structure and calendar. Ensure that the programme stays relevant and up-to-date, incorporating founder and delivery partner feedback.

Programme execution and comms:

  • Provide a seamless and best-in-class experience for attendees of programme sessions and events. Ensure programme comms (including Slack messages, newsletters and emails) are clear, compelling and informative.

Manage relationships with delivery partners, coaches and mentors:

  • Recruit, manage and retain a high quality, diverse set of delivery partners, coaches and mentors who add value to our cohort and alumni.

Manage relationships with founders:

  • Collaborate with founders to understand their needs, objectives and challenges, working on tailored solutions. Work with founders to ensure they are credible and investable. Keep up-to-date on current trends, spotting business/collaboration opportunities for programme participants. 

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Identify, measure and report key programme KPIs, ensuring deliverables are met. Gather feedback from cohort, delivery partners and other stakeholders. Use feedback and other data to improve future programmes. Manage programme budget. 

Team management:

  • Manage Programme Coordinator(s) and any programme volunteers/interns.


Qualifications:

Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in at least one of the following: startups, incubators, accelerators, VC firms
  • Proven experience in managing or supporting growth of early-stage startups or venture-backed companies
  • Experience of building and running programmes and events
  • Good understanding of incubator/accelerator programmes 
  • Strong understanding of challenges and opportunities for early stage founders

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, with excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage a wide range of stakeholders, including founders and external partners
  • Analytical, data driven mindset with the ability to track and measure success metrics
  • Energetic and open-minded, willing to learn and implement new ideas at pace
  • Proactive and able to take charge and deliver independently in a dynamic environment
  • Able to foster a collaborative, high-energy, inclusive environment for founders, delivery partners, coaches and other programme stakeholders

  • Passionate about supporting early stage founders
  • Strongly motivated to deliver best-in-class programmes that meet the needs of founders and partners


Compensation

Up to £40K.
