About the role:

Okay, we’ve waffled long enough. So let’s get to the good bit: You.

Elvie is on a journey of scale, both in terms of growth but also process and capability with our operations. We see Integrated Business Planning as an ambition and necessary process to ensure we have a clear line of sight of execution of our Elvie Strategy to deliver products to our markets.

As Head of IBP your role sits within the Operations function of the business reporting directly to the COO. Building on the early foundation of our S&OP process, you’ll embed and elevate to the next level of IBP. You will lead a small team and build partnerships with cross functional teams and Heads of Department, coordinating action plans, issue resolution and tracking. You’ll be tasked with identifying gaps in our delivery, creating action plans to mitigate, working with stakeholders to complement the Elvie plan to deliver products for our strategy.

You will be confident in assessing competing priorities, making recommendations and supporting leadership through a transparent decision-making process regarding cash /working capital allocations.

As a scale up business, the role will require a ‘hands on’ approach in all aspects.

Location: Hybrid working; a mix of working from our Bristol or London office & working remotely #LI-Hybrid

What you’ll be doing at Elvie:

● As our Head of IBP, you will be responsible for operations business planning across categories, manufacturing, markets and finance .

● You own and govern the monthly end to end S&OP process that is executed by your team, It will be your responsibility to embed and standardise the process that sets the cadence for our business continuously enhance it

● Lead all Pre-S&OP meetings leading up to and including Executive S&OP, both with cross-functional teams and with the Senior Executives team to drive decision making and alignment on the monthly consensus demand / supply forecast with rigorous analysis resulting in options, risk scenarios, and recommendations.

● Work closely with Product and Partnership teams to operationalise our plans with regards to manufacturing network, capacity and the securing of materials and delivery.

● Develop and manage the program timeline for the IBP implementation, to ensure we have a consistent set up to drive standardisation & scalability across Elvie.

● Provides cross functional direction and leadership in the development and maintenance of on-going volume forecasts and capacity management.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

● Ability to work with Product Engineering, Finance, Markets and Operations teams to assess constraints, risks and opportunities, and provide robust reporting on plan performance.

● Demonstrate a focus on delivery, helping create a culture of accountability for meeting the plan.

● Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Knowledge/Qualifications

● Knowledge of S&OP and integrated planning processes.

● Experienced in operational and long-range and port

● Strong stakeholder management and relationship building

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau other data analytics tools

● Program/Project Management experience

● Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is desirable
