ROLE

Climate Impact Partners are looking for a Sales and Client Operations Manager reporting to Vice President Sales Operations. In this role you will be responsible for preparing regular business reporting, as well as ad-hoc analysis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with expertise in Salesforce and Microsoft office, especially Excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Solutions and CRM Reporting


  • Prepare regular business reporting and analysis such as pipeline reporting, inventory reporting, sales performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze win loss trends, market data, competitive activity to identify business opportunities and anomalies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Business Development Leads, Customer Relationship, Managers, Legal, Marketing, Finance to report accurate information.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and workflows to support sales operations reporting, board packs, investor discussions and operating reviews.
  • Management of client and prospect data including environmental instrument inventories and reconciliations, vendor onboarding, account planning and administration, updating Salesforce, certificate creation.
  • Develop an understanding of company internal business processes and spearhead improvements.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance sales and CRM efficiency.
  • Run reports for operating cadence and KPI reviews.
  • Training and support to sales and CRM teams on sales tools and processes.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested.
  • Support and help program manage any deal and enablement efforts. 
  • Maintaining schedule, coordinating content completion by SME and delivery calendar.
  • Support GTM planning including outbound, segmentation, quotas, territories, and productivity metrics.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales operations or related role.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and advanced Excel, including advanced data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable:


  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with contract management software such as Conga, and marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
