🦸‍♂️ The Role

We're looking for a talented, high-energy, social content creator to help tell our story, grow the Honest community through paid social advertising and build the Honest brand across social channels.

We'll need you to:

• Work with our head of growth to create snappy, high-performing paid social ad content that gets clicks and attention.
• Generate ideas and manage the ad creation and iteration process, turning around new content in hours to test and optimise campaigns.
• Shoot and edit videos featuring you and other team members
• Manage some actors, creators and influencers to create additional engaging and high performing content alongside creating ads internally yourself.
• Be comfortable copywriting for paid social ads.
• Own our organic social channels, reacting quickly to social media trends and creating engaging content to grow our social following and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging best practices to ensure the content remains fresh, impactful and compliant.
• Be excited about featuring in videos, whether it's the latest TikTok trend, or conducting street interviews 🎤
• Be comfortable working with and reviewing key paid and organic social performance metrics.

• You have a passion for social media. You use it on a daily basis and have in-depth knowledge, including the best ways to utilise unique features for each social channel, and staying up to date with the latest social media trends.
• You have a love for creating engaging and impactful content, including videos, photos and graphic outputs.
• You have a strong creative eye and are comfortable designing on Canva.
• You have strong video editing skills.
• You’re comfortable getting hands-on and happy to be on camera and feature in videos.
• You're always looking to grow professionally and learn new skills.
• You're excited about growing Honest’s transparent, customer centric, sustainability-focussed approach to thousands more people.
• You're excited about working in a dynamic, fast-moving startup.

Bonus points if:

• You have experience using Adobe CC
• You have good data and analytical skills and have some experience reviewing paid and organic social performance metrics.
