We're looking for a tech-savvy, ambitious CRM Manager to join our Marketing and Community Team at Founders Forum Group and support key functions across our events and broader business portfolio.
Our CRM Manager will be responsible for all processes facilitated through our technical CRM tools, including but not limited to:
- Salesforce
- Pardot
- Excel
- EventSpark
- Affinity
The CRM Manager will contribute to and develop strategies for fully automating workflows leveraging these systems, and support the community and marketing teams by optimising existing processes. Interested in, and inspired by the latest generative AI capabilities, this person will constantly be researching new ways of improving our end-user journeys.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing CRM strategies to drive efficiency throughout FFG practices, including but not limited to:
- Guest list curation for our flagship forums, fringe events, and bespoke sponsored events
- Research driving community growth for the FF events community
- Ongoing maintenance and enrichment of our Salesforce database
- Optimising all integrations with our Salesforce database
- Ongoing syncing of Pardot and Salesforce instances, troubleshooting and resolving sync errors and preventing prospect duplication
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive Salesforce report dashboards
- Pulling detailed reports for the Community, Marketing and Strategy teams
- Working with our Insights team to extrapolate findings on our CRM data
- Driving improvements to CRM initiatives through a test-and-learn approach
- Maintaining CRM critical paths and supporting the Community team on the execution of its communications plans
- Triaging and fulfilling data requests across the FF Group, including but not limited to sector-specific lead reports
- Producing regular campaign & automated programme reporting to thoroughly understand campaign performance and make recommendations to drive future performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years CRM experience, ideally in a high-growth business
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and Pardot, as well as stand-out proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong experience with day-to-day campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications
- Firm grasp of the GDPR and its implications for both B2B and B2C business models
- Passionate about and empathetic to the end-user experience
- Experienced generative AI-user; knows top prompts for Chat GPT and Bard and enjoys experimenting with various prompt language and input data
- Understanding of the global tech landscape and an innate curiosity in this space
- Enthusiastic, passionate, self-motivated and a strong team player with a positive and can-do attitude
- Disruptor: always looking for how things can be improved and never settling for good enough
- Creative problem solver with strong reasoning abilities and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and objectives
- Strong relationship management skills with multiple teams, with fantastic communication
- Excellent organisational skills, and acute attention to detail

We currently have a hybrid working model with 4 days spent in the office and 1 day with the option to work remotely/from home.
