With the backing of influential advisors and institutions, we're searching for a visionary Head of Marketing to guide our message and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Direction: Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company's objectives and vision.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of organic and paid managers, ensuring streamlined coordination with agencies and freelancers.
- Technical Expertise: Masterfully use marketing tools (GA, Meta Business Manager, Klaviyo & co, to optimise campaigns, assess ROI, and make impactful, data-driven decisions.
- Recruitment & Nurturing: Spot talent gaps, headhunt top-tier marketing talent, and foster the team's continuous growth.
- Collaboration: Engage with other departments, ensuring that marketing strategies mirror the overarching company vision.
- Coordination & Execution: This is a hands-on role with a dual focus on steering and rowing the boat. We need someone to manage high project velocity across multiple stakeholders, ensuring they land effectively, with the team feeling engaged and motivated to continue moving at pace.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in fast-growing B2C companies, ideally with experience in scaling communities and/or e-commerce brands.
- A deep understanding of the omnichannel marketing toolkit, preferably with specialist knowledge of Meta & Google.
- Proficiency with Shopify and subscription models is non-negotiable.
- Adept at tools like Notion and Asana for documentation and organization.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and inspire marketing teams.
- Outstanding communication, with an inherent understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Solid technical prowess in using cutting-edge marketing tools (Peel, Klaviyo,..).
- Mastery of English. Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a valuable asset.
- Able to travel by train or plane in less than 2 hours to Brussels.
