⭐ Role Overview

You'll partner reporting to our first senior UX researcher to expand Lodgify's UX research capabilities, conducting studies that inform stakeholders' product and design decisions that advocate for the user perspective.

⭐ How will you make an impact?

Lead end-to-end UX research studies implementing various qualitative and quantitative methods. Oversee the integration of user research insights on the product development cycle. Assist stakeholders in implementing customer-centric frameworks, templates, and workflows that drive business growth. Enhance processes and operations to guarantee the research team's success within the company.

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

You have 3+ years of experience in a UX Research role at a tech company. Experience understanding users through qualitative and quantitive methods including surveys, interviews card sorting, heat maps, heuristic evaluations, etc) You can accurately identify research objectives and key questions aligned with business needs alongside stakeholders. You effectively communicate research findings through written reports, in-person presentations, and hands-on collaboration. (Spanish is a plus). You are a collaborative learner and team player who strives for impact. A portfolio/presentation/case study that showcases your experience as a researcher.
