Role Summary
- Lead and manage a dedicated team within the CleanCell facility.

Again is a reusable packaging company. In this role you will be leading a small team to operate our CleanCell, a facility designed to clean reusable packaging to the highest quality and repackage it back to our clients.
You will be:
- Manage a small team in running the CleanCell, ensuring the goals of the shift are met.
- Organising who works where & keeping the process running efficiently.
- Organising the warehouse, using pallet trucks and manual movements.
- Hands on loading and unloading bottles for cleaning.
- Using computer equipment to communicate with the other shifts and management.
- In charge of all relevant paper work for your shift.
- Operating our industrial glass washers and proprietary equipment.
The shift:
- The role is Monday to Friday.
- Start 23:00 - 07:00 with a 45 minute break.
Requirements
We need people who:
- Have experience working in warehousing or production lines.
- Have managed teams of operatives.
- Highly organised, clear and simple communicator.
- Maintain a clean working environment at all times, with special regard to hygiene.
- Ensure that all packaging is cleaned in a timely manner.
