Role Summary
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to evolve Self Space services.

Role Requirements
- A degree in a therapeutic field and 5+ years post-qualification experience.

The organisation - Self Space was founded in 2017 to address the growing need for accessible and contemporary mental health support. Our mission is to have a Self Space on every High Street and transform and modernise mental health culture by supporting individuals and companies to reach their full potential. We have 5 locations throughout the UK and have plans to expand into at least two others in 2024.
The role - We are looking for a strategic leader with excellent clinical experience and a proven track record of leading teams of clinicians, ideally in a startup company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategic plan for the continued evolution of the services and implementation of improvement strategies across all aspects of the organisation. You will be responsible for all aspects of clinical service delivery including overseeing Clinical services, psychoeducation, staff acquisition and retention, standards adherence, pastoral care for clinicians, safeguarding considerations, training and policy oversight.
Job requirements - The candidate should have a degree level or above in a therapeutic field and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in managing a clinical service and multi-disciplinary team is essential. The candidate should also have strategic thinking and leadership skills, and the ability to maintain a caseload.
