What will you be doing?
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant to work alongside our CEO. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in handling various administrative tasks and providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This role involves direct interaction with parent carers, managing event queries, arranging meetings, and maintaining effective communication channels. Responsibilities:
Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally. Arrange and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary preparations are made. Prepare letters, emails, and other written communications on behalf of the CEO. Engage in verbal and electronic communication with parent carers, addressing their queries and concerns. Manage and respond to event queries, providing necessary information and assistance. Assist in booking and coordinating events and appointments. Maintain organised electronic filing systems for efficient document retrieval. Provide general administrative support to the CEO as needed Other administrative tasks that may arise.
What are we looking for?
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficient computer skills with knowledge and experience in various software packages. Expertise in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals. Ability to work independently and use own initiative to solve problems. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure. Professional telephone etiquette. Experience in an administrative role.
