What will you be doing?
Headway, the brain injury association, is a charity set up to give help and support to people affected by brain injury. The Headway Hartlepool branch is run by a small, dedicated group of volunteers. We hold monthly meetings for brain injury survivors, their families and carers. We also arrange regular social activities for our members. We are looking for new volunteers to join our committee and support the branch by attending our monthly meetings, helping to organise events, communicating with our members and attending committee meetings.
What are we looking for?
We would be particularly interested in hearing from you if you have any of the following skills or experience:
Financial expertise Governance/Leadership (we are looking for a chairperson for our committee) Fundraising Experience of working with people with a brain injury or other disability

As a volunteer you will be part of a team and will have the opportunity to add your unique skills and experience while learning from others.
