We are in search of an individual to help design, develop and execute experience across Art, Community and Edecution segments through engagements and brand connections using digital medium, content creation, sponsorships, events and campaigns.

What will you be doing?

 Key deliverables for this role are: General

Manage and implement marketing strategies and activity plan for Art, Community and Education segments. Uses data analysis for insights & articulates segments issues and opportunities. Track and evaluate strategy & activation to reapply learning & optimise performance. Ensure clear communication of activities & execution standards to all stakeholders. Manage and maintain agency relationships.

Media

Design, develop, execute, and own media Strategy. Lead Media Planning; manage & optimize media activities from a segment perspective. Manage media agency relationship. Manage and accountable for media Budget & optimization. Approves media briefs to agency. Approve any changes/revisions to media and communications activities.

Digital

Develop digital brand strategies for our segments that cuts across all social media platforms and Kainé’s

website.

Optimize digital communications on all platforms through regular, relevant, and engaging contents. Step up digital creativity to improve impact and visibility of all segments to Kainé’s targeted client groups. Regularly update our social media channels and website to boost awareness of Kainé and in particular

current events and campaigns.

Increase the number of followers, likes, shares and post engagements on all relevant social media platforms.

Sponsorship

Roll out sponsorship strategy in collaboration with the board. Source and negotiate to get optimum sponsorship deals. Prepare the business case, apply financial and commercial acumen to analyse ROI. Provide advisory input for sponsorship and fundraising activities. Set targets, track, correct, evaluate (including ROI.) and communicate learnings.

Events

Together with Event Trustee develop major events strategy, model, plan, calendar, and budget. Contribute to the planning and facilitation of promotional events and fundraising activities.

What are we looking for?

Experience and Qualifications    

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration etc. 3 - 5 years marketing experience Some experience in charity or Non-Governmental Organisation preferable

Good leadership qualities. Good conceptual and analytical abilities. Clear, concise communicator Passionate and enthusiastic Ability to handle complex situations under pressure. Time management and excellent negotiation skills Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual. Attention to detail.
