What will you be doing?
Lead on resourcing volunteers - understanding volunteering vacancies, posting volunteering opportunities, filtering applications and helping to coordinate interviews Assist with the on-boarding of volunteers, including coordination of paperwork and helping to deliver induction presentations Generally help to coordinate volunteers, acting as the main point of contact for new joiners, helping to coordinate training and also periodically checking in with volunteers to identify any issues that require attention / escalation Work collaboratively with our Trustees to identify and fill volunteering vacancies, support training requirements and to escalate any volunteering matters Recruit and onboard new volunteers Develop and implement volunteer training programs Manage and coordinate volunteer schedules Maintain accurate records of volunteer hours and activities Build and maintain positive relationships with volunteers

Previous experience in volunteer management Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with volunteer management software and databases
