Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in shopper marketing within the CPG retail landscape.
  • Expertise in crafting successful go-to-market plans for brand/product launches.
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven marketing strategy skills.
  • Knowledge of P&L management for optimizing marketing campaign spends.
  • Strategic, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Residency in or near New York City, with the flexibility for in-office collaboration.

The role entails creating phenomenal consumer in-store experiences that tie together with Tony's strategic brand vision. You will be developing and implementing shopper marketing strategies that effectively influence consumer behavior at the point of purchase. Your deep understanding of consumer behavior will help us accelerate our growth in the retail online and offline landscape.

Job requirements include demonstrated experience in creating impactful shopper marketing strategies in the CPG retail landscape, both online and offline. Experience in developing successful go-to-market plans with new brand or product launches, including retail marketing strategies. Solid business acumen and knowledge of how to use data to drive brand and marketing strategies. Broad understanding of P&L to plan and optimize paid media, trade, and digital marketing campaigns and spend. A strategic mindset combined with enthusiasm to roll up sleeves and execute initiatives independently. You live either in New York City or in a drivable proximity.
