Role Summary

  • Generate new client leads and business opportunities within the Spanish market.
  • Engage in 100% outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Act as the first point of contact in the market, representing Payhawk's solutions.
  • Build pathways and schedule demonstrations for Account Executives.

Role Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Spanish and intermediate English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a BDR or SDR role with a focus on 100% outbound activities.
  • Proven track record in cold prospecting and securing a high volume of qualified meetings.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ambition, competitiveness, and leadership potential.
  • Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.

The role - As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating new potential clients and business opportunities for the Spanish market. You will be comfortable and effective with 100% outbound prospecting, via phone, email, LinkedIn and whatever is necessary to achieve the objectives. You will be the first person to bring our solution to the market and the representative of our solution. You will take responsibility for building the path and generating the demonstrations for the Account Executives.

Job requirements - Native level of Spanish and intermediate English. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BDR/SDR (100% outbound). Experience in cold prospecting and generating high volumes of qualified meetings. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Ambitious and competitive person, with leadership potential. Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
