The role of a Counter Fraud Investigator in our Claims Fraud Team is to defend Marshmallow against fraudulent activity and help protect the company. You will be reviewing new fraud referrals and conducting investigations. Where concerns are identified, you will be monitoring developments and directing the next steps in the handling process to achieve a cost-efficient conclusion with minimal financial impact on the company. You will also be identifying opportunities to amend our processes, tools or product to faster spot fraud and protect both the company and innocent customers.
We are looking for someone who is organised, has an investigative mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy, enjoys working in a high growth environment and is adaptable to change. You should have a strong understanding of the different types of Motor Claims Fraud and familiarity with managing a portfolio of Suspected Fraud Claims from start to finish. Experience with claims that feature personal injury, credit hire and litigation is required. Experience with Scottish claims is desirable.
