The role involves working on a range of accounts, requiring strong direct and integrated marketing skills. This includes delivering digital projects and multi-channel campaigns from start to finish. The successful candidate will be working across commercial and charity clients, delivering a wide variety of work, including digital, social, print, video, and branding.
As an Account Manager at GOOD Agency, you will be a key part of our Client Service Department. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day liaison with clients and internal teams and managing projects from start to finish. The role requires setting high standards, showing diligence, having a keen eye for detail, multi-tasking, and bringing energy and inspiration to those around you. Excellent communication skills are also essential.
The right candidate will have a passion for working on projects and brands with purpose. This role reports to the Account Director.
Our work includes DM appeals, integrated fundraising campaigns, supporting client fundraising strategy development, DRTV, and Purpose campaign activations that include delivery of print, digital, social and film. We also do an increasing amount of brand activation campaigns. The majority of the clients in this team are project based, across both the commercial and charity sectors - all brands that do GOOD. This means there’s lots of variety and capacity for upskilling. There will also be scope for involvement in new business pitches, either working with the BD on responses, or supporting the wider agency aside from your day-to-day team.
Please note that the right to work in the UK is required.
