Role Summary:
- Handle customer orders efficiently.
- Coordinate customer service troubleshooting across departments.
- Report to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bac to Bac+2, or in a gap year of bac+4 and bac+5, or a recent bac+5 graduate seeking a first professional experience.
- Experience in customer portfolio management or customer service is preferred.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong team player with good interdepartmental communication skills.
- Proficiency in order entry and computer tools.

The role entails managing customer orders and coordinating customer troubleshooting with different services. You will be attached to the Customer Service Teamleader.
Job requirements include a Bac to Bac+2 education, a first experience in a similar position (management of a customer portfolio/Customer Service) OR in a gap year bac+4 and bac+5 OR you are a recent graduate in bac+5 and you are looking for a first experience in the professional world. We are looking for qualities such as organization, rigor, priority management and good abilities to work in a team and with the different services of our organization. Experience in order entry will be valued. You are comfortable with computer tools.
Benefits include 1 RTT per month / 37.5H per week, remote work from 1 to 2 days per week. The position is based in St Genis Laval (69) and accessible by public transport (15 min walk from the metro stop 'Saint Genis Laval Hospital Lyon Sud').
