Role Summary
- Enhance our online presence and increase sales, focusing on our specialty coffee roasted in HMP The Mount.
- Upgrade our website, email marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
- Utilize your experience in website management, UX, and product merchandising.
- Analyze customer behavior and data to drive decisions.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales & Operations Director at our Kings Cross HQ.
Role Requirements
- Desirable: A degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar e-commerce role.
- Proven track record in scaling and achieving results.
- Proficiency in website development.
- Skilled in data analysis and platforms like Google Analytics.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO and PPC.
- Experience in managing email campaigns with A/B testing and insights.

About the job We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to build our brand and online sales. We’re the world’s first prison-based coffee company, on a mission to reduce reoffending rates by creating employment opportunities for prison leavers. You’ll be responsible for growing our online presence with a focus on our specialty coffee, roasted inside HMP The Mount.
The role In this role you will take our website, email marketing strategy and paid digital advertising to the next level. This role will best suit someone with website management, UX, digital marketing and product merchandising experience, with a curiosity for digging into the data and analysing customer behaviour. This role will report into our Sales & Operations Director and be based in our Kings Cross HQ.
Job requirements A degree or equivalent (desirable) At least 3 years experience in a similar role A proven track record of getting results whilst scaling Website development experience Confidence across data analysis platforms including Google Analytics Digital marketing experience; SEO and PPC Experience managing email marketing campaigns with A/B testing and insight analysis
