The GOOD Agency is currently seeking a passionate and talented Senior Designer to lead their studio department. As part of the team, this person will be involved with building a strong foundation for our studio offering. They will be responsible for working with the Project manager to create and execute high quality designs and maintaining brand continuity from clients existing guidelines. We are looking for someone who has high quality design skills, commitment to craft and accuracy, and an eye for detail with proven experience in a studio environment and ways of working. Job requirements include acting as design guardian for clients’ brands ensuring colour, type and visual equities follow brand standards, creating, organising, structuring and presenting well-considered design solutions that helps to meet clients’ objectives, delivering both strong ideas and a high level of craftsmanship across all elements of design, and having a good understanding of the creative process from brief through production for print digital and social projects.
