Role Summary:

  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing and Hygiene Practices within our new IFS certification-pursuing factory in Cestas.
  • Manage non-compliance issues effectively.
  • Oversee supplier compliance, regulatory adherence, and site certifications.
  • Conduct quality training for our dedicated staff members.

Role Requirements:

  • Bac +3/+5 degree in Agri-food industry or related field.
  • Prior Quality experience in an industrial, preferably agri-food, environment.
  • Expert understanding of regulations, GMP, GHP, and HACCP principles.
  • IFS certified site experience and packaging validation knowledge preferred.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.

The role involves working in our new factory in Cestas (33) which aims to achieve IFS certification. Reporting to the Quality Manager, your missions in the adventure will include ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Hygiene Practices and managing non-compliance. You will also be responsible for supplier compliance management, regulatory compliance and site certifications, and participating in quality training for staff.

Job requirements include a Bac +3/+5 degree with a specialization in the Agri-food industry, a first experience in Quality in an industrial environment preferably agri-food. You have a thorough knowledge of regulations, GMP, GHP and you master HACCP. You ideally have experience on an IFS certified site. You have experience in packaging validation. You are reactive, autonomous and you know how to be proactive in problem solving. You are recognized for your ability to communicate effectively and your writing skills. Beyond your job skills, it is your rigor, your analytical and synthesis spirit that are your best assets to succeed in this position. Fluent English is essential.
