Join our team as an enthusiastic and motivated STEM Instructor. As a Stem Instructor you will instruct, support and facilitate young learners in our STEM Programs. Lead aspiring Young Learners through dynamic STEM experiences.

What will you be doing?

STEM Instructors will be responsible for Planning and organising  STEM workshops and activities for young people. They will Lead and facilitate Stem Career Workshops in schools, whole school assemblies and Tech events, focusing on inspiring young women to explore STEM fields. STEM Instructors will provide STEM subject support to young women virtually, offering insights into STEM careers and the skills required to thrive in such roles. STEM Instructors will collaborate with Outreach Ambassadors and Mentors to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for participants of the #BeMedigitalinclusion program. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field or Education (desirable) GCSE/Level 2 equivalent in Maths and English Level 3 NVQ in STEM related field Experience leading workshops Planning experience, specially in STEM-related activities Experience in working with children and young adults (ages 5 - 25)  Familiarity with STEM education initiatives and programs. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of volunteers and stakeholders. Proficient in using relevant software and digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Google Meets) for data management and communication. Availability to dedicate a flexible number of hours per week/month to volunteer activities. Enhanced DBS checked - paper copy of certificate and DBS Update service.
