  • Excellent command of the English language.

The Role As a Lead in our Customer Retention Operations team, you will be responsible for first hiring and then managing the day-to-day operations of a growing team of executives, whilst also helping us iterate our customer-facing and internal processes. This is an opportunity to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to set us up for success. Building strong working relationships is important, to ensure that together with our partners we deliver excellent customer service.

Job Requirements You should have 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position. You’ve got experience leading a team and coaching those you manage to achieve their goals. You’ve experienced first-hand what it’s like to lead a team growing quickly. Your CV demonstrates management experience in a commercial sales, retention or similar customer-facing environment. Experience in hiring and scaling a team and an understanding of what good performance looks like. Fluency in English is required.
