- Assist with daily People Operations and Recruitment tasks
- Provide administrative support to enhance employee experiences
- Contribute to the recruitment process by organizing interviews and maintaining candidate communication
- Prepare for weekly meetings and update administrative documentation

- Bachelor's/Master's in business administration/HR or related field
- Proficiency in Excel and Office 365
- Previous experience in a People department is advantageous
- Fluency in English; Dutch is beneficial
- Quick learner with analytical and tech skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and a team player with strong communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a new intern who will get first-hand experience of the day-to-day activities within our People Operations and Recruitment domain, by closely collaborating with our P&O team. By providing administrative support, you will help strengthen and create a great employee experience for our international crew members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver general admin support to the P&O team
- Help recruitment with creating a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Supporting the hiring process through job creation and organizing interviews for internal stakeholders
- Help the people team with notes and preparing agenda for weekly meetings
- Support with updating administration by drafting agreements, overviews, letters, etc.; arranging PO’s; and taking necessary action when needed
- Support in ad-hoc projects
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a business administration/HR focus
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Office 365 applications
- Work experience in a similar position in the People department is nice to have
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a pre

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Start date: ASAP - Please indicate your possible start date, duration, and hours per week.

- Candidates are expected to work from our HQ in Rotterdam at least 3 days a week.
- Candidates are required to be enrolled at a University (Bachelor’s/Master's etc program) throughout the internship
