The Modern Milkman is an innovative company that is resetting the throwaway society. We use technology, creative problem solving, and historical methods to bring back the Milkround. We connect local dairies, bakers, and producers to more customers, enabling households to be sustainable. We are not just delivering milk to doorsteps, but also collecting, enabling a circular supply chain and removing waste. We operate across the UK and have recently expanded to Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island in the US.
The role of the Customer Success Ambassador is a customer-focused role that involves solving problems, finding solutions, and delighting our customers. You will bring insights and feedback to the wider business. You will work in a hybrid role, spending two days in our Manchester office and the rest wherever you work best. You will work 5 days out of 7, including 1 Saturday and 2 Sundays a month.
Job requirements include strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have knowledge and experience of working on review sites, social media channels, email, phone, and chat. You should be a calm and competent complaint handler and comfortable with basic IT skills. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint) and handling customer personal data in line with GDPR guidelines and regulation.
