About Marshmallow We started Marshmallow when we found out how unfair insurance prices are for people who move to the UK. The Role As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for experimenting relentlessly, understanding the needs of our customers, validating product and design decisions, improving Marshmallow.com, and collaborating to drive the product vision forward. You will be embedded in a team that are running new experiments every single week. You will be working with data and research to ensure your work is validated to reduce backtracking and enable the team to move quickly.
Job Requirements You should apply if you are customer-obsessed, have an experimental mindset, have a healthy split between UX & UI, and have a high tolerance for ambiguity. You should be comfortable at running quick experiments enabling your team to learn and iterate effectively.

Application Details Our process is broken up into 3 stages. Initial call with Orla our Marshmallow recruiter (45 mins), past experience interview with Georgia (1 hour), a collaborative task onsite with Product and Design (1.5 hours), and finally, a culture interview (1 hour).
