We're expanding rapidly and are looking for a talented Performance Content Creator to elevate our brand messaging through dynamic social media content.

Job Title: Performance Content Creator

Reporting to: Head of Brand Marketing

• Full time Mon – Fri

• 37.5-hour week

• 33 days leave (inc. bank holidays)

• Flexi start time (Core business hours 10am-4pm)

• Hybrid: WFH up to 3 days per week

What is the role?

Hunter & Gather is seeking a highly motivated and creative Performance Content Creator to join our brand team. As we continue to build our brand, we need to be even more content-led, executing at the highest possible level to fuel our performance and growth ambitions. This role focuses exclusively on social ad creation, a key priority for the business, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality content to meet our advertising goals.

You will leverage your experience and skillset as a creator to develop an ever-evolving pipeline of social ad content across the full funnel, taking key brand and product messages and adapting them into multiple ad variations to engage with new audiences.

Key Responsibilities?

• Ad Creation: Develop 10-20 pieces of creative content per week, with 70% being video, to meet Facebook ad recommendations.

• Brief Response: Timely response to briefs from the Growth team, ensuring high-frequency content production.

• Content Alignment: Align lead messages and positioning of brand and product content with brand guidelines, while creating diverse spin-offs, hooks, and variations.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Content Manager to understand lead brand content and produce variations in response to specific ad briefs.

• Team Coordination: Brief team members such as Founders and Content Manager for on-camera ads and manage UGC (User Generated Content) creator content required for ads.

• Design and Editing: Utilise in-house design resources whilst demonstrating proficiency in basic design and video editing to deliver against briefs.

• Performance Analysis: Initially focus on content creation with the potential to develop skills in analysing metrics and informing creative decisions based on performance.

• Regular Reviews: Participate in monthly reviews with key team members to assess past performance and plan upcoming content.

Experience required 

Essential

• Proven experience as a content creator, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video production and editing.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for ad creation.

• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to creative briefs.

• Proficiency in design software and video editing tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.

Desirable

• Familiarity with performance metrics and data analysis for content optimisation.

• Sales experience or lead magnet experience.

• Appreciation of ancestral influenced lifestyles such as Keto, Paleo, Low Carb, Carnivore, and the health & wellness industry

• Love Dogs - as we have a dog friendly office.

• Be up for team building activities and outdoorsy activities.
