- Lead creative projects including ideation, art direction, and product photography.
- Engage in a wide array of creative outputs like digital/print design and video production.
- Collaborate with our Head of Creative in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
- Proven experience in photoshoot execution, from art direction to retouching.
- Strong conceptual skills for photoshoots and advertising campaigns.
- Expertise in studio lighting and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle reactive briefs.
- Design experience in both print and digital formats, with videography as a plus.

The role: We’re now looking for a Creative / Photography Lead to join our in-house creative team. Your main focuses will be; creative ideation, art direction, styling, concepting, retouching and of course, product photography for both digital and print collateral. You’ll also have experience within wider creative practices to get involved with other outputs of the brand including; digital and print design, video production, brand level creative direction. Your position will report into our Head of Creative. At Wild, our team members wear many hats - an attitude to push yourself to succeed in a multi faceted role within an often fast paced and highly creative environment is a must.
Job requirements: Experience in the full execution of photoshoots; art direction, styling, shooting, retouching. A strong ability to creatively concept photoshoot and ad ideas. Thorough experience with studio lighting. Rock solid organisation skills. Experience in design; both print and digital. Deliver to often tight, reactive briefs and deadlines in a calm and organised manner. A guardian of the tiniest of details. A great attitude to push yourself within a multi faceted role. Thorough understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite (in particular: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro). Any videography work would be an added bonus.
