The role: We're looking to hire an NPD Manager to join our Product team and help manage our growing portfolio of D2C and Retail products. The successful candidate will be responsible for a number of Wild’s product categories, as well as work on bringing new products to market. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation in personal care, have experience with packaging & artwork development in a retail environment and have excellent project management skills, to be able to juggle multiple projects across a range of products. You will report into our Head of NPD, and work closely with the rest of the Product team to develop the next generation of Wild products!
Job requirements: 3-5 years in a product development role. Experience managing the full NPD process from concept to launch. Can manage multiple project timelines effectively. Multi-disciplinary product development experience - experience outside of purely cosmetic formulation strongly preferred, e.g. working computer-aided design files, bespoke packaging development. A strong analytical background, commercial mindset, and passion for sustainability. Ability to manage Product Information Files, artwork review, claims substantiation & other general regulatory duties. Excellent time management skills. Able to prioritise your workload effectively. Can manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight timelines. Not afraid of a high tempo environment!
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays. Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our shiny new London office. Weekly early finishes and social events. Mental wellbeing support through Spill. Private healthcare through Vitality. A role at a young but well-established brand making a considerable splash in sustainable self-care.
