Role Summary:Enable business process enhancements and drive Salesforce development for various departments.Deploy emerging technologies for increased business value and mentor teams on Salesforce optimization.Design and test innovative integrations for Quote and Product Configuration.Manage projects through requirement gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshoot implementation issues.Conduct QA Testing, regression testing, and address bug fixes.
Role Requirements:Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience.At least 2 years working with Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing).Knowledge of finance and accounting processes.Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.Salesforce Administrator Certification; Advanced Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ certifications preferred.Expertise in technical analysis, systems design, and maintenance.Proficiency in VsCode, Github, AzureDevOps (a plus).Experience with Agile methodology is preferred.

Job Description
The Frontline Digital Transformation team in EcoVadis is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Administrator, to support improvements across business processes and to help drive the development of the EcoVadis SFDC org for Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Customer Support and our Executive Management team. In this new role, which is foundational to EcoVadisâ ability to drive continuous improvement in companiesâ sustainable business practices at scale your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding colleagues and leaders in deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value while providing mentoring to functional teams on how to best leverage value from the SalesforceÂ
- Aligning business processes with Salesforce best practices
- Designing, implementing, and testing leading-edge Quote and Product Configuration integrations
- Collaborating with the team throughout the software solutioning process
- Managing initiatives through gathering requirements, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Building and maintaining technical solution documentationÂ
- Troubleshooting implementation issues and demonstrate the ability to drive to a successful resolution
- Troubleshooting big/fix issues as they arise.
- Assisting with QA Testing and regression testing (bugs, changes, projects, and Salesforce releases)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce AdministrationÂ
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing)
- Practical understanding of finance and accounting related processes including taxations, revenue recognition
- University or College Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related experience.
- Salesforce Certifications: AdministratorÂ
- Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ
- Strong experience in technical analysis, systems' design, peer review, prototyping, build and release, quality processes, automation, task estimation, maintenance, and support.
- Team-oriented but able to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with key stakeholders across the organization; manage laterally and upward.
- Â Desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.
- Able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A solid mix of business and technical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues and ideas to stakeholders within the context of their business.
- VsCode, Github, AzureDevOps experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a devOps oriented environment
- Experience with Agile methodology is preferred.
