Role Summary:Directly reporting to the Performance Lead, this role focuses on expanding our digital advertising through paid search and social campaigns.Collaborate with Growth Engineering to enhance landing pages and on-site conversion rates.Manage and optimize paid search and shopping campaigns, balancing sales growth and customer acquisition costs.Work with the brand team to test new creatives and optimize funnel strategies for Paid Social channels.Contribute to the development of new landing pages and optimize user experience and conversions.Support growth and commercial teams with Amazon sponsored advertising initiatives.Keep abreast of advertising trends and trial new betas to stay competitive.

Role Requirements:Proven experience in Paid Search and Paid Social, with a preference for those experienced in YouTube and affiliate advertising.In-depth knowledge of PPC, Paid Social, search term analysis, ad copy, competitor monitoring, and conversion rate optimization.Ability to analyze performance, identify trends and anomalies, and share insights with the team.Experience with performance marketing in a high-growth startup, healthcare sector, or subscription business is a plus.

The role

We are hiring a Growth Performance Manager to expand our performance marketing capabilities by scaling further our paid search and paid social campaigns. Reporting directly to the Performance Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing our digital advertising and significantly growing the business. You’ll also work with Growth Engineering to optimise our landing pages and on-site conversion rate.

You'll be:

  • Responsible for managing and optimising Numan’s paid search and shopping campaigns to drive sales while maintaining reasonable CAC across all product categories.
  • Manage our Paid Social channel and work in tandem with our brand team to continuously test new creatives while optimising our funnel strategy.
  • Supporting the wider team in creating new landing pages to be tested on our marketing channels and optimising to drive improved user experience and increased conversions.
  • Supporting the growth and commercial team with our Amazon sponsored advertising.
  • Staying updated on the latest advertising trends and new betas to trial.
  • Finding ways to stay ahead of the competition.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Extensive experience with Paid Search and Paid Social, either in-house or agency-side, bonus points for experience in launching and optimising YouTube and affiliate advertising.
  • Strong knowledge in PPC & Paid Social – understanding of the modern-day account structure, search term analysis, ad copy relevance, competitor monitoring, type of ad formats, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Capable of analysing performance, spot trends and anomalies and deliver learnings to the team.

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Experience running performance marketing at a high growth startup.
  • Previously worked within the healthcare sector.
  • Previously worked in a subscription business.
