  • Role Requirements:
  • Strong experience with SQL.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Metabase, Looker).
  • Knowledge of data architecture and modelling (Dataform, DBT).
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in consumer products, marketplaces, customer service, or marketing (desirable).
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration (desirable).

  • Take-home test.
  • 60-minute technical interview with team members.
  • 45-minute final interview with an executive and people team member.

The role we are offering is a Data Analyst position. This role involves managing data pipelines, performing data analysis, and generating insights for data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for identifying trends and patterns from datasets to inform business decisions, creating visualisations to effectively communicate findings, and working with various teams to understand and meet their data needs. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining dashboards for KPI monitoring, validating models and ensuring data accuracy through statistical techniques, conducting regular checks to maintain data integrity, and using Dataform to transform raw data into actionable insights and maintain scalable pipelines.

Job requirements include strong experience with SQL, proficiency in BI tools such as Metabase or Looker, understanding of data architecture and modelling (Dataform or DBT), and strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in consumer products, marketplaces, customer services, or marketing is a plus, as is experience working with cross-functional teams.

The interview process will consist of a 30-minute phone interview, a take-home test, a 60-minute technical interview with two team members, and a 45-minute final interview with an executive and a member of the people team.
