Here We Flo is a rapidly growing, feminist & inclusive B Corporation with delightfully big ambitions and wonderfully wise advisors (investors from Harry’s, Charlotte Tilbury, Unilever, Method, etc.). Our co-founders (Tara and Susan) are two best mates who had the idea while chatting in the bathrooms between classes at LSE and ultimately launched it in 2017 off the back of a Kickstarter. Today, you can find us in UK retailers like Tesco and Boots, as well as national retailers in the USA like CVS and Whole Foods. Our small yet vibrantly energetic team has gained loads of momentum, and there are huge milestones ahead.
Our mission is to tackle life’s messiest moments, whether periods, sex, or anything else on the human body rollercoaster, with shamelessly natural, plant-based care. We’re all about being funny, feminist, and fierce, with 5% of our profits going to people and the planet so sustainability, humour, and empowerment are always on the menu. We’d love like-minded people to help us build our empire!
You’ll be joining the business at an exciting time when there will be endless possibilities for growth and a wonderful team of ambitious and brilliant people who will support you along the way. Your main responsibility will be to support our Operations and Supply Chain department, overseeing our network of warehouses, customers and sales agents across the UK, USA and EU and managing a small but growing portfolio of export partners (distributors and retailers) in Europe and the United States.
You are:
- Analytically capable: You know your VLOOKUP from your SUMIF and you don’t shy away from qualitative & quantitative analysis. You can dive into a spreadsheet and gather insights from a wide range of sources.
- Detail-oriented: You love to focus on the smallest details while working towards the bigger picture. You value accuracy and have a solution-focused approach.
- Organised and ambitious: We’re looking for someone who works with a sense of urgency, can be flexible and proactive, and constantly strives for improvement.
- Self-starter: At FLO, one of our guiding values is ‘Own This Sh*t’ so we are looking for someone who can manage their own time and projects. Scale-up companies are a whirlwind, with every day bringing exciting new opportunities.
You’ll work on:
- Being the Friendly Face of Here We Flo: You will be the first point of contact for all our key customer partners and responsible for managing their orders and queries in a timely and friendly way. By knowing all customer requirements and sales order patterns like the back of your hand, you will proactively communicate with our sales teams regarding any issues that arise and have a solution-focused mindset to get things resolved.
- Keeping Us FLO-ing: You will work with the wider team (internally and with external partners) to ensure we have everything we need to supply our customers, this will include managing the day-to-day relationship with our busy warehouses in the USA and UK. You will work with the Supply Chain Manager to provide the warehouses with monthly forecasts and measure and report on their performance versus KPIs in review meetings. You will manage tracking and improving our metrics for cost, accuracy, timeliness, quality and ESG.
- Systems and Processes: You will be responsible for maintaining our sales order processing system, supplier certifications, and our master product database to ensure that all information is being kept accurately and making recommendations for improvements to the Supply Chain Manager and Director. You will also work closely with our Finance team to ensure our customers are invoiced correctly and sales are correctly reflected in our finance systems.
- Inventory Management: You will manage three warehouse locations in the UK and the USA, ensuring that inventory levels are optimised, organised, and tracked accurately. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Sales team to allocate stock to optimise sales.
- Procurement Management: You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure that purchase orders are placed with our worldwide supply partners and delivered to our warehouses as efficiently as possible.
Your skills:
- Excellent written + spoken communication. You’ll be working with our external partners and B2B customers, so your ability to communicate well is important.
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn and develop, taking on new projects and getting involved in our day-to-day partnerships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and prior experience with supply chain management software (Unleashed) and databases (Airtable) preferred
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
We’re offering:
- Compensation: From £28,000 per annum, based on experience.
- Ownership: As a member of the HWF team, we want you to be invested in our growth. In return, we pay competitive salaries and offer options. This will be your company, too!
- A fantastic benefits package!
- A super supportive and honest team and a work environment where you can truly bring your whole self to work – and have oodles of fun (yes, fun!).
