The organisation - Bryt Energy is a dynamic company with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability. We are entering a new growth phase and are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Commercial department. This is a newly created position that will be instrumental in supporting our expanding product portfolio and customer value proposition.
The role - As a Product Manager, you will create and deliver innovative products and propositions to market in support of the company’s strategic objectives. You will ensure product concepts are developed into fully rounded, working propositions that work both for us and for customers. You will lead and project manage the product development process, including product definition, commercial & operational impact assessments and requirements gathering. Post implementation of new products, you will monitor and assess performance throughout their lifetime.
Job requirements - Previous energy experience is essential. You should have project management experience and be highly numerate with demonstrable commercial acumen. You should have experience and knowledge of the UK electricity industry and a deep understanding of what a product entails and requires to succeed. You should have excellent and highly effective organisation and prioritisation skills and practical project management skills.
