Role Summary

We are the largest renewable only supplier in the I&C retail energy sector, supplying only zero carbon, 100% renewable electricity, sourced solely from solar, wind and hydro power.
As a Portfolio Operations Team Manager, you will be an instrumental part of the Portfolio & Pricing management layer, supporting significant sales growth through effective contract management of both new and existing customers across the whole flex portfolio. Accuracy and timeliness are paramount in all processes.
Your responsibilities will include managing Flex customer contracts post countersignature, leading and managing processes that include Flex trade capture and reporting, and the calculation of Flex monthly billing rates. You will also manage volumes under Flex contracts, from volume booking at point of sale through to reforecasts within contract, and the pricing of Flex site additions, as well as supporting wider commercial activity where appropriate.
You will bring excellent management skills to ensure quality control and risk governance, as well as delivering excellent customer service. You will identify opportunities for continuous improvements, and be able to identify, justify and implement more substantial process and system change projects as required.
The ideal candidate will have creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills, strong data analysis skills and the ability to handle complex datasets and processes. You should have a thorough knowledge of the UK B2B electricity supply industry and I&C flex products in particular. Experience or knowledge of B2B electricity contract pricing is strongly preferred. You should be qualified to degree level and highly numerate with demonstrable commercial acumen.
