- Role Summary:
- Identify and secure new partnership and revenue opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research to pinpoint potential partners and tenders.
- Engage and expand our network through outreach, networking, and direct communication.
- Foster and deepen relationships with key stakeholders of prospective partners.
- Create and present proposals, bid responses, and innovative partnership ideas.
- Efficiently manage a pipeline of prospects and maintain meticulous CRM records.
- Align partnership efforts with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Role Requirements:
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to recognizing opportunities and executing tasks.
- A history of successful partnerships or business development, especially in sectors related to entrepreneurship, education, or technology.
- Proficiency in crafting compelling proposals and responding to bids.
- Exceptional networking and influencer engagement skills.
- Outstanding project management capabilities, including task prioritization and independent workflow management.
- A driven individual eager to work within a passionate, small team environment.

- Residency near London for regular in-person meetings and events is required.

Small businesses are essential to our communities and to inclusive economic growth, but starting a growing a business is hard and often lonely. We make it easy for any entrepreneur (or aspiring one) to connect with mentors, peers and personalised support, when they need it, for free. To date, we've helped more than 15,000 businesses.Â
This is possible thanks to our smart matching platform and community of thousands of skilled volunteer mentors. We work closely with incredible partners like NatWest, BT, Mastercard, EY and many more.Â
The Role
To help accelerate our growth, we are seeking a Partnerships Development Manager to identify and deliver new external partnerships and revenue growth opportunities.
Youâll work closely with our team to:
- Conduct research to identify potential partners and tender opportunities, with corporates, government, and other organisations aligned with our vision and objectives
- Engage prospective partners through outreach campaigns, networking, and direct communication
- Cultivate strong relationships with key potential partner stakeholdersÂ
- Develop proposals, bid responses and partnership ideas that highlight the value of collaboration with Digital Boost
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
- Ensure alignment of partnership activities with overall organisational goals and strategies
We don't believe there is a perfect recipe of qualifications that will ensure an excellent fit, but youâll likely to have some of or all of these characteristics:Â
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and roll up your sleeves to get things done
- Track record of successful partnership and / or business development, preferably in the entrepreneurial, education, or technology sectors
- Experience writing compelling proposals and bid responsesÂ
- Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makersÂ
- Excellent project management skills - able to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independentlyÂ
- Desire to work in a small, collaborative team with lots of passion and big ambitions!
- Strong interest in our mission and goalsÂ
We are a remote working team, but the candidate for this position should live in the London area, or close enough to be able to come in regularly for meetings with potential partners and events.
