Bloomsbury Football Foundation is a charity established in 2018 that uses the power of football to improve the lives of children and young people in London. We are launching the inaugural Futsal Girls Super League in Hertfordshire this September. The Futsal Girls Super League Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring clear and timely communications with clubs and will be accountable for the league's operations on the day and ensuring successful management of the league fixtures.
Key Duties include promoting GSL culture, fostering an elite environment for young Futsal players, building and maintaining relationships with affiliate clubs and stakeholders to grow the league, recruiting new clubs through cold-calling and emailing, managing communications with club leads and coaches, overseeing match day logistics, and maintaining league operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organisational excellence with multiple projects, strong attention to detail and exceptional time management, capability to take initiative and problem solve, confidence in leadership and decision-making, knowledge of Women’s and Girls’ Futsal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK. Bloomsbury Football does not sponsor visas.
The role requires a flexible working pattern, with ability to work weekends and evenings as needed and ability to travel outside of London.
