Role Summary:

The role: As a GSL Assistant, you will be reporting to the GSL Manager and will be based in London. Your main responsibility will be to support the running of London’s fastest-growing, award-winning grassroots league for girls. GSL Assistants work on-site at our London venues on the weekends to ensure that the leagues run smoothly.

Key duties and responsibilities include: - Communicating with and directing teams and referees to ensure fixtures run to schedule - Responding to concerns or complaints raised by coaches, players and parents/spectators - Moving goals and setting up pitches - Tracking inventory of equipment - Promoting a high quality, fun and supportive environment for the development of young players - Reporting back to GSL Manager to ensure oversight of on-site activities

The job locations include St James Catholic High School, Burgess Park, and Barn Elms Playing fields. The working hours vary depending on the location.
