Role Summary
- Annotate and label data to enhance AI/ML model accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for effective information exchange.

Role Requirements
- HSC holder with at least 6 months of experience in data research and management.
- Computer literacy and fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to perform efficiently on repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, autonomous, self-driven, and ability to work under pressure.

Job Description
Mission
The Data Management Associate - Document Annotation will support the Solutions Team in improving the accuracy and quality of our AI/ML model to achieve excellent performance by accurately annotating and labeling data.
Core Responsibilities
- Browse through different types of documents and annotate data
- Work with internal stakeholders to facilitate communication & information exchange via emails or calls/meetings
- Report and document issues faced from data annotation to Solutions team and discuss solutions to improve accuracy
- Contribute to workflow process improvements
- Ensure team’s adherence to defined processes and best practices
Qualifications
- HSC holderÂ
- 6 months experience in data research and data management related processes would be an advantage
- Computer literateÂ
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages would be appreciated
- Able to work flexible hours to assist the team, whilst maintaining work life balance.
Required skills:
- Ability to work on repetitive tasks efficiently and effectively with minimal errors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, autonomous and self-driven
- Ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines, take initiatives and adhere to strict guidelines / instructions
