As a rapidly growing company with a cult following, we’re searching for a Social Ad Specialist who shares our passion for music and party culture to fuel our expansion.

Role Summary:

  • Develop fresh, engaging ad concepts and conduct landing page experiments.
  • Produce high-quality ad assets swiftly and efficiently.
  • Recruit and oversee a network of talented ad creators.
  • Set up and fine-tune ad campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze data and provide insightful weekly reports.

Role Requirements:

  • Expertise in digital media planning, buying, and reporting.
  • Proficient in Meta and Google Ads, Google Sheets, and GA4.
  • Robust knowledge of A/B testing and e-commerce metrics.
  • Deep connection with electronic music and club culture.
  • Background in health, human science, nutrition, or wellness is beneficial.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and process optimization skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to embrace challenges and learn from setbacks.

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Part-Time Contract (2-3 days a week, 6 month contract initially with view to longer term)

We’re a D2C supplements brand exclusively focused on the needs of the clubbing and electronic music scenes. Our hero product, Post-Rave Wellness Packs, was launched in 2018 and is quickly growing to become a cult product for parties, festivals, and late nights out. To help support our rapid growth, we’re looking to welcome aboard a social ad superstar who loves electronic music and partying.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to balance career development with creative projects, nonprofit work, side hustles or digital nomad travel. The role is remote and hours are flexible, with work happening on London hours.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be working closely with our marketing lead to continuously ideate on new ad concepts, produce ad assets at speed and scale, and manage and optimise ad setups and budgets.

  1. Ideas and experiments: Continuously ideating on new ad concepts and landing page tests, working in product sprints for new concepts and creative and owning the end-to-end idea to live process
  2. Producing ad assets at speed and scale: Managing creative briefing and production and ensuring quality output across static and video ads
  3. Creator recruitment and management: Cultivating and managing a network of ad creators
  4. Campaign setup and budget optimisation: Management of Meta and Google ad platforms to drive business outcomes in line with key business metrics and running of ongoing experiements to learn at speed
  5. Data and reporting: Owning data, analysis and weekly reporting to internal teams

The perfect person:

  • Advanced digital media planning, buying and reporting experience. Always stays on the cutting edge of the latest developments in Meta and Google ads
  • Has a good understanding of business and ecomm metrics and knows how to optimise ads for growth
  • Solid experience of using AB testing/experiment frameworks
  • Lives and breathes electronic music culture - you know the clubs, festivals and underground scene. You’ll have a deep empathy for the challenges and joys of the nightlife experience that you’ll bring to life in comms in partnership with our creatives
  • Experience in health, human science, nutrition or wellness a plus
  • Creative mindset and a keen eye for detail
  • Process-driven and can easily build & optimise workflow systems and processes and can manage time and stakeholders effectively to consistently deliver quality output on schedule
  • Enjoys being given freedom to pursue ideas and has already/would like to become a digital entrepreneur
  • Loves a challenge, doesn’t fear the unknown and can find the value in failure
  • Is a joyful and fun addition to any team
