We are looking for a passionate, self-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads and business opportunities. You should be comfortable and effective with prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, and setting up meetings over the phone, email or whatever brings you to the target. As a BDR, you will be the first person to carry our solution to the world and you will represent our platform.
Your responsibilities will include running your own outbound prospecting campaigns, following up on various demand generation campaigns run by the marketing team to identify prospects, generating prospects and managing your own pipeline for the CEE market, identifying niches and coming up with ideas for new campaigns, and drawing data-driven conclusions on results and lessons learned.
To be successful in this role, you should have a sales background with at least 1+ years of experience, basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You should also be ambitious, competitive, and comfortable with a fast-changing environment. Experience with Salesforce and/or Salesloft is considered an advantage.
