The role - Administration Assistant and Receptionist As an Administration Assistant and Receptionist, you’ll join our Facilities team working closely with colleagues across NFER to provide a professional front-of-house service for the Foundation's main office in Slough and undertake a range of administrative duties to support the organisation. Typically, you’ll work on managing mailboxes, scheduling planned and reactive maintenance visits and monitoring the Facilities Helpdesk, allocating job tickets, and highlighting urgent requests.

Job requirements To be an Administration Assistant and Receptionist you'll have strong IT skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 applications and be well organised with the ability to prioritise. We are open to considering a variety of backgrounds - what you'll need is a can-do, enthusiastic and flexible approach to work with an excellent telephone manner.
