And that’s why we are looking for a BI Specialist! To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through facilitating informed and strategic decision making through the analysis and visualization of business-relevant data.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• 
  

• Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with different departments to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Identify key areas for improvement and optimization opportunities through data analysis.

  
  

• Dashboard Design and Development: Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards to facilitate decision-making. Ensure dashboards are intuitive, easy to use, and tailored to end-users. Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI.

  
  

• Data Extraction and Transformation: Obtain data from various sources (databases, ERP systems, CRM systems, etc.) and transform it into usable information. Design and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data quality and consistency.

  
  

• Data Analysis: Perform complex data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Generate ad hoc reports to answer specific business questions.

  
  

• Data Management: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of the data. Implement and maintain an efficient and scalable data model.

  
  

• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to help them
  effectively use the dashboards. Create documentation and user guides for the developed tools and dashboards.

  
  

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor dashboard performance and make adjustments as
  needed. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in BI to continuously improve offered solutions.

  
  

• Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the IT department and
  business areas to ensure alignment of technological and business objectives. Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommend actions based on data analysis.

  
  

• BI Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of the
  company's BI strategy. Ensure BI solutions are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

  
  

• Process Automation: Identify and automate repetitive processes to improve operational efficiency. Implement automatic alerts and notifications based on critical business data.

  
  

• Power BI ownership: from modelling, data sources, metric calculation, visualizations,
  service, effective distribution and security access

• Previous experience in similar roles, ideally at an FMCG company or ahigh-growth startup.

  
  

• Computer engineering, computer CFGS or similar. Ideal Power BI Certification.

  
  

• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI (Desktop application and the Service, and Gateway). Any other similar BI tool such as Tableau, SAS, Qlik, Sisense, Oracle Analytics Cloud, MicroStrategy or Microsoft Excel would be beneficial.

  
  

• Be familiar with data sources, data warehouses, data models, data quality, data visualization and data security.

  
  

• Be able to use SQL, Python, R or other programming languages to manipulate and analyze data.

  
  

• Be aware of the latest trends and innovations in BI, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence and big data.

  
  

• Excel skills with Power Query and Data Modelling

  
  

• Underlying awareness of SQL Server, or any other Database Management systems

  
  

• Knowledge of SAP solutions

  
  

• An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.

  
  

• Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities

  
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English (mandatory) and Spanish.

  
  

• Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
