About us…
smol is on a mission to change the face of consumer brands and businesses by bringing super effective, eco-friendly products at value for money prices. We believe everyone should be able to make easy swaps that are better for them, the planet, and their pockets.
In the past six years, smol has taken the household cleaning market by storm. We are already the fastest growing and most positively reviewed brand in the laundry, dishwash, fabric conditioner and surface spray categories and we’ve got so much more planned.
Having received Series B investment in 2021 and B Corp certification at the end of 2023, our team is focused on combining fast growth with being a force for positive change and impact in all that we do.
In summary...
We are looking for someone talented to help build out the processes and ways that will ensure we are working with influencers at a scale. You’ll be part of the growth team and responsible for executing and improving the processes by which we contact influencers at scale, issue them with free product, ready their videos for ad boosting and build our relationship with them.
What does the role involve?...
Researching and sourcing new influencers to contact, making contact via direct messaging.
Encourage influencers to order free product and work with ops to ensure it is despatched to them in a timely manner.
Promptly answer all influencer in-bound communications and queries, resolving any issues.
Collate all posted videos for review and wider usage, giving feedback to influencers.
Work with performance marketing, our creative team and the influencers to get permission to boost posts and use their content more widely.
Improve our processes to make them as simple and efficient as possible while enabling as much influencer as possible.
You will need/be...
Personable and outgoing: enabling you to work and communicate well with our influencers and an internal team.
Focused and organised: able to efficiently work through a process of replying to all communications, tracking status in spreadsheets every day.
Critical thinking skills: constantly seeking to improve our processes and work out what we can do better.
Able to work independently, with a bias for action.
Experience of all key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.)
Passionate about working in a startup environment and driving eco-friendly sustainable lifestyles for everyone.

Applicants must have current work authorisation in the UK.
This role is remote but some of the Growth team regularly meet in London, so the ability to travel to London is a bonus.
