  • Support the Talent team in the recruitment process, including candidate management, interview coordination, and contract issuance.
  • Manage office operations to ensure a comfortable and productive environment, including supplies, maintenance, and internal event organization.
  • Provide Executive Assistant support to the Senior Leadership Team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.

You'll be:

Supporting the Talent team with our end to end recruitment process

  • For example, moving candidates efficiently through interview processes; coordinating and scheduling interviews; creating and issuing employment contracts; greeting candidates when arriving for interviews and ensuring they have a smooth experience; monitoring the careers mailbox; and ATS admin and reporting

Managing our office and providing support with company-wide internal events

  • Being the go-to person for anything office related, making sure our employees have what they need to work comfortably in a welcoming environment; ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment; ensuring the office is tidy, safe, and conducive to work; coordinating repairs and maintenance of office equipment and facilities with building management; and supporting with internal events such as our monthly Beam Together session

Providing Executive Assistant support to our Senior Leadership Team

    • For example, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements; preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required; and supporting functional activities as needed e.g., larger team meetings

As the Office Manager, you will primarily work in the office (at least four days a week), with occasional opportunities to work from home.
