Role Summary:Drive optimization of revenue operations by leveraging data insights.Enhance processes and support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.Manage the GTM tech stack to ensure operational integrity and effectiveness.Provide strategic operational support with data analysis and insights.

Role Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in commercial operations or sales/customer success.Proficiency in CRM systems, Hubspot is a plus.Data-driven mindset with skills in data modelling and analysis.Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Note: The role is UK-based with a requirement to attend the London office twice a week. Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK as Birdie is unable to support visa applications.

The Role: As a RevOps Analyst, your mission is to optimise revenue operations by leveraging data insights, improving processes, and supporting our commercial teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our operations through efficient management of our GTM tech stack, insightful data analysis, and strategic operational support.

Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with 1+ years of previous experience in B2B SaaS either within a commercial operations or sales/customer success role. You should have a foundational understanding of CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) and a data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of data modelling and analysis. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines are essential.
