This is a rare opportunity to join the UK's fastest growing digital health companies and build the future of healthcare. We are looking for a Head of Clinical Research who is ambitious and up for the challenge of scaling and delivering clinical research initiatives at MANUAL.

You’ll work closely with our multidisciplinary research, operations and medical teams to execute interventional research and ensure the smooth running of trials.

RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and develop evidence generation strategies across our core health area of obesity, male hypogonadism, hair loss and menopause to demonstrate effectiveness and support commercial activities. Coordinate retrospective and prospective research activities, ensuring on-time delivery of all projects. Develop creative approaches to real-world evidence generation. Measure, track and reports KPIs for trial activities e.g. participant recruitment and retention, proactively identifying and managing issues. Build and maintain relationships with external academic and research partners (e.g. CROs) to deliver clinical trials.

Job requirements PhD in epidemiology, medical research, public health, or health related field, with 7+ years experience. Passionate about applying research techniques in a fast-paced, digital health environment. Comfortable drafting, editing and submitting peer-reviewed academic articles. Experience writing and successfully winning grant funding for research. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can demonstrate your love of solving hard problems and continuous learning.
