The Role: As an Officer for Creativity Collaboratives, you will be based in our Cambridge office, working full time on a fixed term contract until 31 July 2025. We offer a hybrid way of working, combining remote working options with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team. Your role will involve supporting the delivery of the Creativity Collaboratives Legacy Phase 2024-2026 and providing school sector support. This includes acting as the first point of contact for Collaborative lead schools, supporting school contribution to grant processes, coordinating peer learning events, and supporting wider communications and advocacy for the programme.
Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with experience in programme delivery, a keen appetite for data, and attention to detail. You should have a commitment to providing excellent public value and accountability and experience developing and delivering complex projects to support organisational needs. The ability to interpret and synthesise complex and large amounts of information and make judgements about levels of risk is also essential.
