Our team cares wildly about delivering ambitious and profitable growth across all of our markets and brands. We’re firmly focused on operating profit, whilst also keeping an eye on the long term commercial view, and our wider business goals, in everything that we do.
This may sound like a cliche, but we really are a bunch of fast-thinking problem-solvers. Our Slack channels are full of problem solving and knowledge sharing threads, as we work together on our shared mission. We know where we’re headed, and we’re all ready to jump in to support each other to get there.
We’re a distributed team, with team members across the UK and Europe. We work with almost all other functions across the business, and are really proud of our ability to collaborate effectively. We're always looking for ways to connect and work together; making use of both our virtual tools and our lovely offices. We try to come together as a full team once a year in either London or Amsterdam for an offsite, and throughout the rest of the year we gather in our respective country teams as frequently as we can!
💻 What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to Alexandra, our Marketing Manager for bloomon in The Netherlands, you'll help drive commercial performance of various online and offline marketing channels for our Dutch market. The main marketing channels you’ll be working with are partnerships & affiliates.
You will work with a wide range of teams within our business to help boost customer acquisition and retention and increase overall awareness for the bloomon brand.
⚙️ Responsibilities will include:
Maintain our existing initiatives by supplying partners involved with brand updates and (new) assets to use to consistently optimise current and future campaigns Joining weekly marketing and partner meetings to improve our performance with these partners, and/or utilise these for identifying new opportunities Work closely with our Commercial team to structure the most impactful & commercially successful partnerships, and with our Brand & Creative teams to supply the required assets Help build out our marketing strategy in the Netherlands and weigh-in on decisions on how to expand our brand in an appealing way Proactively evaluate the success of seasonal marketing initiatives to gather useful insights for campaigns to come Keep track of industry trends & developments to leverage for both our online & offline marketing channels Ensure continued growth and success of our B2B & in box inserts channels.✅ You’ll love this role if you…
Are currently following or rounding up your bachelors / masters degree in a Marketing and / or Communications direction Are proactive and results-driven, with a keen desire to learn anything Marketing related Have a good sense of knowledge about the Dutch market, general customer behaviour and a feeling for the latest trends & developments to apply within our marketing channels Logical in your approach to solving problems - you like finding simplicity within complexity Have good communication skills and like to work with multiple teams / stakeholders Have (basic) experience with Excel / Google Sheets Ability to work collaboratively, with attention to detail combined with pragmatism and the ability to get stuff done Excited to work in a fast paced environment and confident with multi-tasking Available 2-3 days per week.These are some of the skills and experience we think will enable success in this role, but please don’t worry if you are missing some of these.
